Horrible Experience This hotel took a one night deposit for a king deluxe room. When we arrived we were put in a room that we had to pay for in full for the remaining nights. The room was disgusting. The floors were so nasty that we wore our shoes the whole time. I went through a whole pack of disinfectant wipes to clean the filthy surfaces. There was so much mold and filth that my husband had his first issue with asthma on the entire trip. The room was literally falling apart. We have been in the UK staying in IHG properties for two weeks. We booked this room for its convenience for our trip home. We knew the room would be small, but we were given a full bed, not a king. We were too exhausted to leave that night, so we checked out the next morning. My husband went across the street and booked us into the Hilton. The person on duty told us, tough luck, you already paid. We contacted IHG and we were told to contact the hotel directly. We did that and of course we have not heard a word. Run, don't walk away from booking here.

It can be hard to find a hotel that is convenient to your location in London, with good staff and good accommodation. This Hotel is very convenient for Paddington, had top class rooms with modern features and a great Italian Restaurant for lunch and dinner that also does English Breakfast. What more do you need?

The hotel staff were great. Very helpful. My room was very small but it did the trick. I like that they have nespresso in the room. My complaint is that there was mold in the bathroom and shower. It looked as though the upper part of the shower was not being wiped and cleaned at all.
